Hosting and page visits

This website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Helsinki, Finland (EU). Hetzner acts as a processor.

Your IP address and request data are processed transiently to deliver the requested page. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in providing this website. The web server keeps no access logs.

The website uses TLS encryption. There are no cookies, analytics, tracking, third-party embeds, external fonts or scripts.

Release downloads and installation tooling

Release downloads are served by GitHub (GitHub, Inc., USA). Clicking a download link sends a request to GitHub. Running the npx installation command sends requests to GitHub/npm. Those services process the requests under their own privacy policies: GitHub privacy statement and npm privacy policy. This website does not embed their resources.

Email contact

Email sent to contact@agentcart.eu is processed to answer you, based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pilot participation. Our email hosting provider acts as a processor. Email is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights under Art. 15–21 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, including objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You can contact the controller using the address above.
